Texas Haute Mess is a Dry Hire Mobile Bar - What does Dry Hire mean?

We provide everything but the alcohol. Most bartenders and caterers with a liquor license will up-charge the alcohol to cover costs. By hiring Texas Haute Wheels Mobile Bar, it is our goal to make your bartending service seamless and budget friendly!

You will be provided with a consultation and a customized shopping list to fit your party's needs. Our proposals try to be all inclusive and clear to understand, without any surprise fees.

Do you carry insurance?

Yes, we carry general liability and liquor liability insurance to each event we serve. COI can be created upon request

Where do you travel to?

We service the Austin surrounding areas. Anything 30 miles outside of Austin will be subject to travel fees.

What types of payments are accepted?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards or check. A credit card number is required to have on file at time of reserving items, but will not be used unless specified. This is needed on file in case of any incidentals.

Do you have a rainy day policy?

Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we cannot accommodate cancellations due to rain. In the event of rain, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our mobile bar.

What are the dimensions of the bar?

Our bar is 14 ft long x 10 ft high x 10 ft wide

Are there any requirements for service?

We require a flat ground for setup and service, and clear access upon set-up and break down to enter and leave the location. We begin set-up 1-2 hours before the scheduled start time. We can serve on a private property or designated rented venue.

How much is due at time of booking?

At the time of booking,  50% of the total quote is due. This will act as a hold on those items and reserve them for your special day. The final payment isn't due until 1-2 weeks before your event date. Once that payment is made it cannot be refunded.  While we do not refund payment-- they are fully transferable if postponed no later than 72 hrs before you event date.
