What To Expect

Wahoo! You have decide that you want to book with Texas Haute Wheels Mobile Bar for your event. What happens now?

 

Below are four simple steps you should expect after sending in your booking request.

 

Please remember we are a DRY HIRE mobile bar, meaning we provide everything but the alcohol. Due to TABC rules, we are legally not able to sell alcohol. We do not have a liquor license but all our bartenders are TABC certified to serve alcohol.

Initial Consult & Proposal 

After sending in the Booking request, 24-48hours I will send over a preliminary quote based on the information provided.  Then I will set up a call to discuss your special event and go over the proposal.

Pre Event Meeting 

This meeting held closer to your event date. We will finalize signature drinks, receive final headcount, review custom items, review day of event details, and the alcohol shopping list will be provided. This will be the last time to make any revisions or add additional services to your package.

Sign contract & pay deposit

After finalizing all event services, we will send over our contract and deposit request. Once we receive the signed contract and deposit, you are booked and confirmed.

EVENT DAY! RELAX & ENJOY

We will arrive 1hr-2hrs before the event to set up and prepare. You relax and enjoy your event. We will be serving drinks and good vibes.
